  • Start the House-hunting + ( Dream big + narrow down)

  • Community tours

  • Provide a comparative market analysis for the homes you are interested in.

  • Write and negotiate a competitive purchase and sale agreement.

  • Along with my team, We coordinate all necessary steps after going under contract. (inspection, appraisal, etc.)

  • Work with the escrow company to facilitate a smooth transaction and everything is done in a timely manner.

  • Final walkthrough of the home and give you the keys to your new home.
